How Our Bathroom Projects Are Coordinated

Bathroom projects involve several different skills and stages. Rather than inventing named team members, this page explains the roles involved in taking a project from the initial brief through to completion.

Bathroom fitting

Bathroom fitting brings together the installation of sanitaryware, baths, showers, screens, furniture and associated fixtures. Accuracy matters because small tolerances can affect both appearance and everyday use.

Plumbing and preparation

Before the visible fittings go in, the room may need plumbing adjustments, wall or floor preparation and suitable treatment of wet areas. These tasks support the finished room.

Project coordination

The different stages need to happen in a sensible order. Coordination is about making sure the scope is understood, dependencies are identified and the homeowner knows what happens next.

How we work

Every enquiry starts with the existing bathroom and what needs to change. The work is then shaped around the practical requirements of the property and the agreed project scope.
